Southern Flight Information:
  • Nevada Boys' State encourages delegates who live in Las Vegas to fly to and from the program. (As a note, NBS does charter two buses for the southern delegates. Students electing to fly must purchase their own flights; bus transportation is provided free of charge.)
  • If you choose to fly to and from the program, we suggest a Southwest flight. If you decide to take a flight, you or your parents will be responsible for the cost of the flight. You may choose any flight by any airline so long as the scheduled arrival to Reno is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 12th, and the scheduled departure for Las Vegas is any time after 12:00 PM on Saturday the 18th. We cannot accommodate exceptions to these arrival/departure times.
  • Please forward a copy of your itinerary to info@NevadaBoysState.org
  • The NBS staff will provide transportation to and from the program, so please forward a copy of your itinerary to info@NevadaBoysState.org. This will also allow the NBS staff to ensure your boarding pass is printed for your return flight. (For you frequent southwest fliers: we'll do our best to check you in exactly 24 hours before the flight so you have an A Boarding Pass)

  • The Southern Nevada Buses will depart at midnight SHARP on Saturday, June 11, 2011. The buses will depart from American Legion Post 8 located at 733 Veterans Memorial Dr Las Vegas, NV 89101 (View Map).
